If you are talking about the full body suits, then they have already come out, in fact they came out a long time ago. TYR and Speedo made a bunch of them. There were suits for guys that covered everything except their face or a one piece the the ladies except it went down to the knees. Now those suits for guys are banned by FINA (an organization that governs the rules of competitive swimming). For guys, the rules are, that the suit has to be below the waist and above the knees.
