There’s no spin involved. She’s 4 points behind him, within the margin of error. She and Obama and Edwards are locked in a three way statistical tie in Iowa. They are all upping their visibility in Iowa through December to vie for the Iowa prize. Why make a bigger deal out of it than it is?
