I propose sending millions of copies of the Borat movies to North Korea.
After watching the movie, I believe most North Koreans would feel better toward us, and be happy and laughing all the time.
Oh, we'll also need to send TV/VCR or TV/DVD's too. I imagine most people don't have VCR or DVD players.
