Bathing Suit Season…?
Spring is finally here! Which means that summer is around the corner...bathing suit season, oh man. I decided to be a lazy bum all winter and don't have the same body I did last summer. I'm still thin, but all my toned muscles kinds died. So I was just wondering if any of you guys had some good tips. What would be the most efficient way to tone? Would I need to change my diet, or just work out?

For the other YA! a "diet" is whatever you eat so even if your going to be exercising eating alot of trans fats, sugars or carbs will prolong the results of any weight loss. I also had that problem CB although I started a bit earlier than now. It’s been a bit over 1 month and I’ve already lost 20 pounds, healthy. I reduced my calorie intake to about 1500 a day instead of 2000 and increased my exercises routine to about an hour a day, usually using yoga routines or pilates. I have gradually been introducing myself back into running since we are ever so closer to bathing suit time! Also with the dieting if 1500 calories seems to challenging at first try 1800 or even 1900 your body will adjust itself so that you will feel fuller faster and you wont be eating as much, also look at the nutrition facts. Even if you are eating 1500 calories they must be nutritious calories 1500 in candy will do you no good. Hope this helped! If you have any more questions email me at lbutler90@yahoo.com
Dieting is never the answer, it does not tone your body in any way, shape or form. So just start walking/jogging for 20 minutes at least 3 times a week. Do some sit ups/crunches, and pull ups if you have a pull up bar.
